Assess & prepare
Check substrate porosity, cleanliness, condition and suitability. Test the intended appearance on an inconspicuous area or sample.

Apply as specified
Apply the penetrating treatment according to the current technical datasheet, including any saturation, excess-removal and drying instructions.

Complete the system
If overcoating, follow the confirmed compatible system and timing. For stand-alone use, allow the specified cure before water exposure.

Before you begin.
Will Silicon Sealer make my surface glossy?
It is intended to preserve the natural colour and texture of a suitable surface rather than create a decorative glossy film. Check the result on a sample before application.
Can I use it before another coating?
Only where the complete system specifies it. A water-repellent treatment can influence the behaviour of later coatings, so confirm compatibility and the application sequence with INCISE.
Does it replace waterproofing in bathrooms or rooftops?
No. A penetrating repellent treatment should not be substituted for a specified waterproofing membrane or system. Select the complete build-up for the water exposure.
Is it a stand-alone treatment?
Yes, on suitable surfaces where the specified protection is a clear penetrating water- and stain-repellent treatment. Confirm substrate suitability and maintenance requirements.
