At INCISE, we are actively researching and developing advanced waterproofing solutions designed for the realities of African construction—high humidity, intense rainfall, UV exposure, and demanding substrates. Our R&D focuses on creating systems that combine strong adhesion, long-term water resistance, and compatibility with decorative finishes, without compromising durability or ease of application.
Every formulation is tested for performance, workability, and long-term reliability, ensuring our waterproofing products integrate seamlessly with microcement, concrete, and architectural coating systems. By working closely with applicators and project partners, we develop solutions that don’t just stop water ingress—but protect surfaces, extend service life, and reduce maintenance over time.
