Less visual noise.

A bathroom that feels like yours

One continuous idea.
From wall to floor.

INCISE Microtopping is a decorative microcement finish suitable for bathroom walls, floors and shower areas when specified as part of a complete wet-area system.

Fewer visual interruptions let the architecture, light and materials take the lead. Pair soft mineral tones with timber, brass, stone or crisp white ceramics. Keep it understated, or let a deeper colour give the room its character.

Walls that soften the room.

Bring natural tonal movement to full-height walls, bath surrounds and vanity backdrops. The hand-applied finish creates depth without a busy pattern.

Floors that connect it.

Carry a coordinated colour across the bathroom floor. Choose the floor texture and protective finish for wet use, comfort and practical cleaning.

Showers that belong.

Continue the design into a walk-in shower, niche or bench, with suitable waterproofing and carefully resolved corners, junctions and drainage.

Imagine the outcome

Your daily ritual.
In a different light.

Five directions for a bathroom that feels personal. Natural tones, tactile finishes and space to breathe.

Colour, texture & expression

Quiet neutrals.
Confident colour.
Your signature.

Choose pale mineral tones for an airy feel, earthy colours for warmth, or deeper shades for a more intimate retreat. Subtle cloudy effects and trowel movement make the finish individual.

Colour changes with the light around it. Review a physical sample with your chosen fittings, lighting and sealer before approving the final finish.

Can microcement be used in bathrooms?

Yes. INCISE Microtopping can be specified for bathroom walls, floors and shower areas as part of a correctly prepared, waterproofed and sealed bathroom system. The substrate, drainage and detailing must suit the intended use.

Is INCISE Microtopping waterproof?

Bathroom performance comes from the complete system. Microtopping is the decorative finish; the appropriate waterproofing, sealed junctions and protective sealer must be specified together. Applying a decorative coating alone does not repair a leaking bathroom.

Can it be applied over existing bathroom tiles?

An overlay may be possible after assessment. Tiles must be firmly bonded and the substrate stable, with no unresolved leaks or moisture problems. Preparation, levelling and the approved bonding system are essential. Loose tiles or failed waterproofing need attention first.

Can I use the same colour on the walls and floor?

Yes. Coordinating the colour creates a continuous visual language across the room. Wall and floor textures and protective coatings may differ, so approve samples of the complete finishes together in your bathroom lighting.

Is a microcement bathroom floor slippery?

Slip performance depends on the finished texture, sealer and conditions of use. Specify a suitable wet-area floor finish with the INCISE technical team, especially for shower floors. Do not select a floor by appearance alone.

Does a seamless bathroom still need joints?

There is no repeating tile-grout grid, but required movement joints and flexible junctions must remain correctly detailed. A continuous appearance does not mean covering construction joints.

How do I clean it?

Remove grit and spills promptly. Use a soft cloth or mop and a compatible mild cleaner. Avoid harsh chemicals, abrasive pads and prolonged standing water. Follow the care guidance for the selected sealer.

How much does a Microtopping bathroom cost?

The cost depends on the area, existing surface, repairs, waterproofing, detailing, colour and selected protective system. Share your location, photographs and approximate wall and floor measurements for a project-specific quotation.
