Kalinzu Eco Lodge
Seamless by nature. Refined by design.
The project
A retreat within
the retreat.
At Kalinzu Eco Lodge, INCISE Microtopping brings a continuous mineral finish to the bathrooms. Completed in 2025, the project carries the lodge’s sense of quiet comfort into spaces designed for rest and renewal.
Soft tonal variation and hand-applied texture sit alongside timber, freestanding baths and warm lighting. The surfaces give each bathroom depth while keeping the overall palette calm and connected to the natural setting.
From enclosed bathrooms to an open-air bathing space, the photographs show how a consistent material can bring different experiences together. Here, the finish is part of what makes a guest want to slow down and stay a little longer.
