Incise Uganda Limited is a manufacturer of distinctive and decorative cementitious coatings. We are not in control of the application of the products. We recommend that the application be done by an experienced and trained applicator.


  1. This quote is for supply of the quoted materials and services only. Please contact us should you need any clarification on this quote. 
  2. This quote is valid for the next 30 days, after which values may be subject to change. We can only reserve goods after payment is fully received.
  3. The supply of the products is subject to our standard terms and conditions which can be availed to you on request. All goods will remain the property of Incise Uganda Limited until they are fully paid for.
  4. Payments of the product should be made to the specified payment channels to Incise for the Materials and the labor is paid directly to the applicator. 
  5. Due to the nature of the product, all sales are final and non-refundable. We recommend you study the product information provided thoroughly to ensure the product fits your need.
  6. All brands, trademarks and logos mentioned or pictured on the product as well as on any promotional materials relating to it are the sole property of Incise Uganda Limited.
  7. We have gone to great lengths to ensure that all information and our products are standard, however, Incise Uganda Limited does not assume any responsibility for potential damages or loss arising from using our products
  8. Incise warrants that the products manufactured by it shall be free from material defects and will be consistent with its normal high quality. Should any of the products be proven defective, the liability to IUL shall be limited to replacement of the product ex-factory. Incise makes no warranty as to merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose and this warranty is in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied. The user shall determine the suitability of the product for his intended use and assume all risks and liability in connection therewith.
