You’ll build INCISE’s voice in a technical industry — turning complex ideas into engaging, measurable, and commercially valuable content.
What You’ll Do
Content Strategy & Execution
- Own the content strategy for our website, blog, and technical resource libraries.
- Plan and manage content calendars that align with SEO and lead generation priorities.
- Write or commission high-quality content: guides, technical articles, case studies, email campaigns, product sheets, architect & applicator packs.
SEO & Organic Growth
- Set the keyword strategy, optimise content for search, and lead SEO best practices across all online content.
- Track organic performance metrics and adjust tactics to grow visibility, traffic, and engagement.
Brand & Storytelling
- Define and reinforce INCISE’s brand voice across all digital platforms.
- Create content that resonates with architects, contractors, developers, and designers — supporting specification and purchase decisions.
Content Operations
- Lead the editorial process from brief to publish.
- Work with designers, videographers, and content partners to elevate multimedia content.
- Maintain consistency in editorial standards, messaging, and brand positioning online.
Measurement & Reporting
- Monitor content performance — engagement, downloads, traffic, conversion steps — and make data-driven optimisations.
- Produce regular reports to guide strategy and demonstrate impact.
Core Responsibilities
- • Own and execute INCISE’s full content and SEO strategy
- • Build the company into the leading digital authority in microcement in East Africa
- • Develop high-value technical content (guides, product sheets, case studies, spec packs)
- • Grow organic traffic and inbound leads through search-driven content
- • Manage website content structure and optimisation (Odoo CMS)
- • Oversee email marketing and lead nurture content flows
- • Align digital content with sales, export, and applicator development teams
- • Track performance metrics and continuously optimise for growth
Must Have
- Core Qualifications
- • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or related field.
- • 3+ years experience building and executing content and SEO strategies.
- • Superb writing, editing, and storytelling skills in English.
- • Strong understanding of SEO, content measurement, and digital analytics.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Odoo CMS and web analytics tools.
- • Experience in B2B or technical content.
- • Ability to brief and work with designers and videographers.
- • Experience with email marketing and CRM content flows.
